Grooming
Cindy and her groomers have over 40 years combined grooming experience. We groom all breeds of dogs from very small to the largest breeds. All groomers have extensive training in pet care and grooming.
All grooming starts with your dog’s coat and skin condition inspected for the proper grooming and care. After inspection, your dog is bathed with Hydro-surge Bathing. We use high quality shampoos and conditioners. If your dog has any issue with its skin and/or coat, we will use medicated shampoo. Non-insecticide flea baths are also available upon request. After the bathing, all dogs are blown dry by hand, not cage dried, and proceeded with a brushing out of their coat. Your dog will have its nails clipped and hair trimmed around their pads. We clip dogs according to the breed standard or your desired style.
Keep in mind, this is done as long as your dog is not matted. For very matted dogs, we take extra care in clipping your dog first to ensure that we know if the skin needs extra special care for hot spot or other skin conditions which may be under the mats. An average grooming time is approximately three (3) hours. All grooming depends on the condition of the dog, temperament (aggressive dogs take extra skill and care). Dogs with special needs take also take extra time and may incur an extra fee.
